Strudel

I created a custom GUI for the music programming language Strudel, which can be found here. More information about Strudel and my interface for it can be found in the "About" section of that page.

About

This animation is an implementation of Particle Lenia, a system of differential equations that gives rise to lifelike behavior. Each cycle randomly tunes a few parameters of the equations and initializes based on a random template and seed. A flow is also applied according to a randomly generated vector field. The resulting blobs often look like alien cells, brain tissue, or weather radar. Click to perturb the field and push the blobs around.
